  • Ocean Villas - 94 sqm villa on the oceanfront and features a glass-bottom floor at the foot of the bed, an en-suite bathroom, a private outdoor deck and direct access to the ocean. Sleeps three adults or two adults and two children.
  • Pool Beach Villa - 110sqm villas with a private plunge pool, an en-suite bathroom with bath and outdoor tropical shower, direct beach access and two sunbeds on the beach. Sleeps three adults or two adults and two children.
  • Two Bedroom Family Beach Vila - 194sqm villa on the beachfront and features interconnecting rooms with a king-sized bed and over-sized daybed in one room and twin beds and over-sized daybed in the other room, a spacious en-suite bath with bathtub and jacuzzi and outdoor, tropical shower, a private plunge pool, a large sun deck with four sunbeds, two bicycles and conveniently located near Koka Kids Club with the added benefit of direct beach access. Sleeps three adults and three children or four adults and two children.
  • Two Bedroom Family Pool Beach Villa - 207sqm villas on the beachfront with interconnecting rooms with a king-sized bed and over-sized daybed in one room and twin beds and over-sized daybed in the other room, a spacious en-suite bath with bathtub and jacuzzi and outdoor, tropical shower, a large sun deck with four sunbeds, two bicycles and conveniently located near Koka Kids Club with the added benefit of direct beach access.   • Overwater Ocean Suites with Infinity Pool - 180sqm villa on the oceanfront and features a duplex suite with a large living room, a spacious en-suite bath with bathtub on both floors, Wine cellar with 16 bottles of wines of your choice from the available wine list and replenished twice daily, attached pantry with refrigerator, a private sundeck with swing and two sunbeds and a private plunge pool with infinity views and direct access to the ocean. It also comes with a pillow menu, turndown chocolates and a bottle of champagne and platter of fruit on arrival. Sleeps two adults.
  • Ocean Residence with Infinity Lap Pool - 298 villa on the oceanfront and located in the adults-friendly zone. It features an infinity lap pool, a large living room and a separate dining room, an attached pantry with refrigerator and microwave, two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and a separate nanny's room with a single bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub on both floors, an extra-large private sundeck with sunbeds and sun umbrellas overlooking the water with an oversized Maldivian swing.
