Flight and Transfers
It is not currently possible to fly direct from the UK to Koh Samui. Instead it is most sensible to travel from London to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport, which takes approximately 12 hours. Once here you can take an internal flight or alternatively take a route via bus and ferry or train and ferry. These options, however, take much longer.
Visa Requirements
British passport holders do not require a visa for stays of up to 30 days. However, you will need six months valid on your passport and return or onward ticket. You may also be required to prove you have sufficient funds for your stay. All travellers should check full entry requirements prior to travel by visiting the FCO website or by contacting the relevant embassy.
