Overview

This adult focused, luxurious all-suite hotel sits on a beautiful bay in the Kato Paphos area where you can choose to spend lazy days by the two interconnected freshwater pools or on the sandy beach just steps away through the manicured gardens.

Breakfast is served buffet style with cooked-to-order items, a light lunch can be enjoyed by the pool area and in the evening you can head to Kymata for delicious Mediterranean dishes by the seafront or to Estia for the themed buffet. To celebrate something special we recommend booking a table at the Pier for a romantic candlelit dinner à deux (local charge).

Although the emphasis is on relaxing and making the most of the pool and beach, if you are looking for something more active there is a floodlit tennis court allowing for play in the cooler evenings and a gym if you want to keep up with your fitness regime.

A list of pampering treatments at the Elixir Spa includes thalassotherapy and therapeutic massages. and in addition there is a steam room and saunas for guests’ use, and an indoor pool heated in April.

Modern, luxurious and tastefully furnished suites feature spacious balconies and we highly recommend the sea view rooms, or for something rather special, there are executive suites with wooden decked terrace and private pool.

Location

Constantinou Bros Asimina Suites is located right on the beach in a quieter part of Kato Paphos and a short taxi ride from Paphos’ harbour and tourist centre with its choice of bars, restaurants and shopping.

There are bars and restaurants 500m away, the Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark around a 15 minute walk and for keen golfers there are four excellent courses within a 30 minute drive.

Constantinou Bros Asimina Suites is located around 20 minutes from Paphos airport.

Junior Suites – Tastefully furnished, open plan 42sqm (including balcony) junior suite with land view and private balcony. Sleeps a maximum of three people.
One Bedroom Suites – Elegant 50sqm (including balcony) one bedroom suite features a separate living room with sofa bed, luxurious en-suite bathroom, private balcony with sea, limited sea or land view. Sleeps a maximum of three people.
Superior One Bedroom Suites – Spacious and comfortable 44sqm superior one bedroom suite features a separate living room with sofa bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom and private balcony and sea view. Sleeps a maximum of three people.
Executive One Bedroom Suites – Luxurious and spacious 66-73sqm (including terrace) executive one bedroom suite features separate living room with sofa bed, en-suite deluxe bathroom, and garden or front sea views. These suites have jacuzzi bath and also boast a wooden deck terrace with private pool (6.6mx3m) with Jacuzzi jets. Additionally for the Sea View suites there is access to a private cabana on the beach with seating area and sunbeds (charge for garden view suites). Sleeps a maximum of three people.

Estia buffet restaurant – Serves a generous buffet breakfast with show cooking, and themed evening buffets and a table d’hôte menu. Choose to dine indoors or al fresco on the terrace. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
A La Carte Restaurant – International a la carte dining in sophisticated surroundings with both indoor and outdoor seating. Reservation required. Open for dinner.
Pool restaurant – The poolside restaurant offers light a la carte lunches in an al fresco setting. Open for lunch and snacks.
Kymata restaurant – A popular beachfront a la carte restaurant for light lunches and Mediterranean cuisine in the evenings. Reservation required. Open for lunch, snacks and dinner.
Dinner on the pier – For those special occasions opt for a romantic dinner for two on the candlelit pier (extra charge).
