Warwick Paradise Island is a beautiful all-inclusive and adult-only hotel located in Paradise Island. Host to its own private harbour and white sandy beach, days are best spent enjoying the sunshine in an exclusive setting.

Warwick Paradise Island is known for its fabulous food. Abbiocco is a wonderful spot to dine on Italian favourites and sip wine, whilst the open-air pavilion at Edgewater Grill is perfect for a romantic steak dinner.

We love the Harbour Deluxe Balcony and Harbour Premium Balcony with their fabulous views, or for the ultimate indulgence the One Bedroom Harbourfront Suite has an extra balcony and a separate living space.

The resort is located on the south shore of Paradise Island, boasting its own private white sandy beach and harbour.

  • Harbour Deluxe Balcony – 28sqm rooms overlooking Nassau Harbour, featuring a balcony.

  • One Bedroom Harbourfront Suite – 60sqm suites featuring ocean and harbour views, two balconies, and a separate lounge with a twin sofa bed.

  • Verandah – Offering great international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open 7am-10.30am, 12pm-3pm and 6pm-9.30pm. Dress code: Resort Casual.
  • Abbiocco – A wonderful Italian restaurant. Named after the Italian expression for the warm, happy feeling after eating good food, you’re in for a delicious meal here. Open 6pm-9.30pm. Dress code: Smart Resort Evening.
  • Tings on a Stick – A colourful restaurant serving a wide array of flavoursome Asian dishes. Open 6pm-9.30pm. Dress code: Smart Resort Evening.
  • Chickcharnie’s Pizzeria & Grille – Located by the pool, sit indoors or outdoors and enjoy tasty comfort food, including pizza, burgers and quesadillas. Open 10.30am-6pm and 10pm-2am. No dress code.
  • Edgewater Grill – A gorgeous restaurant with an indoor dining area, or an open-air pavilion overlooking the harbour. Enjoy fabulous steak and seafood. Open 6pm-9.30pm. Dress code: Smart Resort Evening.
  • Hog Bar – A lovely harbourfront bar offering delightful cocktails. Open 10am-6pm.
  • Rum Cay Lobby Bar – Enjoy a wide variety of rums, plus other great spirits, wines and beers. Open 6pm-1am.

Please note: Not all restaurants may be open at all times, restaurants may open on a rotational basis subject to hotel's occupancy.

A resort fee of $20.00 per person per night is payable at this resort. The fee is mandatory, but has been included in your Tropical Sky holiday price.

The resort fee includes:

  • Round trip shuttle to Cabbage Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Nassau/Paradise Island - operates daily, weather permitting
  • Round trip shuttle to Atlantis Casino - Coral Tower Entrance, once per night
  • Resort-wide Wi-Fi
  • Unlimited Bottled Water
  • Use of the in-room safe
  • Daily activities and entertainment

 

The All Inclusive plan consists of:

  • All meals and snacks
  • Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Free WiFi access throughout the resort  (premium high speed WiFi available for a supplement)
  • Use of fully equipped gym
  • Use of Tennis, basketball court and Bocce
  • All taxes and gratuities (excluding Resort Fee)

 

Age Requirement:  All bookings must include at least one adult aged 18 years or over.  All guests must present a valid photo ID during registration and when acquiring Day or Night Passes for age verification. Guests aged 16 and 17 must be registered in the guest room and accompanied by a legal guardian or chaperoned by an adult 25 years or older who is the primary registrant of the guest accommodation. Other conditions and restrictions may apply for group bookings. The legal drinking age in The Bahamas is 18 years and older. Any violation of underage drinking may result in the guest being removed from the resort.

Children’s Policy:  Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas - All-Inclusive is an adults only resort welcoming all guests 16 years and older. There are times that the Resort does accept those 15 years and under when special events such as weddings are booked at the resort.

Resort Fee: A resort fee of $20.00 per person per night is payable by all guests - this has been incuded in the cost of your holiday. Please refer to hotel description for full information.

Pre-authorisation charge: Please note The Warwick Paradise Island is a cash-less resort.  Guests are required to present a valid form of ID (passport, driving license, ID card) along with a valid payment card at check-in. A US$300 pre-authorisation fee will be processed on your card to cover any incidental purchases or similar expenses. The charge is released at check-out, less any items billed to your room.  We recommend using a credit card as a debit card may take longer to process the release of funds.

New Pool Project
Works to add a new lap pool on the eastern side of the resort will start in mid-June 2023 for approximately 10 weeks, although the completion date has not been confirmed. Work will take place from 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Saturday.  There will be intermittent construction noise during this time.
