There are 55 stand-alone stunning bungalows, suites and villa’s built individually around spectacular landscaped spice gardens and private areas to relax and recharge. There are five categories of room types at Zuri from bungalows to the spectacular presidential villa.

The ultimate in relaxation but with plenty to keep you occupied.  Whether that be yoga, spa, beach BBQ’s, private dining or indeed cooking classes. There is an excellent watersports and dive centre and our personal favourite, the Sunset Dhow boat cruise.

Please note that Zuri Zanzibar will undergo maintenance works between 1st May - 31st May 2024. Whilst the hotel remains open, the following areas will be effected:

  • The swimming pool area will be closed. Guests will be able to enjoy the beach.
  • The Bahari Beach Grill & Bar will be closed. The Dhow Bar will remain open for beachside indulgences.
  • The Upendo Restaurant and Peponi Bar will be closed. Buffet dinner will be served at Maisha Restaurant & Bar.
  • The Reception area will be under construction. Full service will run without disruption from the ocean Front Suite Zone.
