Day 1
Fly in to Cape Town International Airport you will be met and transferred to the Winchester Mansions. This afternoon can be spent at leisure, or you may wish to get out and about and explore this beautiful city.

Day 2
This morning you will be picked up from the hotel for your scheduled full day Cape Point & Peninsula Tour. This is a truly awe-inspiring experience which takes you past magnificent beaches, stunning panoramas and picturesque coastal villages to the towering headland known as Cape Point. The tour ends as you return to your hotel during the late afternoon and you will stay here overnight.

Day 3
In the morning of the third day you’ll you embark on the Cape Winelands Tour. This is a wonderful drive, winding its way through the heart of the Cape Winelands offering the chance to see everything from superb mountain ranges, picturesque vineyards and relaxed Cape Dutch homesteads. Then you will return to Cape Town late in the afternoon for your overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4
After breakfast on the fourth day you will check out and leave Cape Town, and depart on The Magnificent Garden Route small group tour. Travel the along Sir Lowry's Pass. Your journey continues to the southernmost tip of Africa. A largely untouched area with a stunning rugged coast line. Visit the iconic Cape Agulhas Lighthouse, before continuing onto to Oudtshoorn, your home for the next two evenings. Check in to your accommodation in the late afternoon. This evening you'll enjoy dinner at a local ostrich farm.

Day 5
After a leisurley breakfast you're off for a tour of the Cango Caves – this is one of South Africa’s top attractions and also one of the most impressive sights in the world. Later you'll enjoy wine tasting at a local wine estate before returning to Oudtshoorn for an interactive guided tour though the grounds of a working ostrich farm

Day 6
After breakfast you’ll then travel onwards to the lagoon-side town of Knysna, a pretty town with a distinctly European flavour. Here you'll embark on a captivating exploration through the enchanting Knysna Forests, which were once home to the elusive Knysna elephants. Pay a visit to the Dalene Matthee Big Tree Memorial, dedicated to the memory of the renowned author of four books about the Knysna Forest, with a focus on a magnificent Yellowwood tree that has thrived for over 880 years. Enjoy a delectable forest lunch at Totties Farm Kitchen, featuring traditional cuisine and local delicacies. This afternoon is at your leisure to explore the Edwardian architecture of this charming town.
** for 2025 the visit to the Dalene Matthee Memorial has been replaced with a sunset cruise on the Knysna Lagoon.
Overnight: AHA The Rex Hotel
Day 7
After breakfast you will journey along the final section of the Garden Route and onto Port Elizabeth where your small group tour ends. Overnight in Port Elizabeth. You may wish to extend your stay in Port Elizabeth for a few nights before your onward journey.
Overnight: The Beach Hotel.
Day 8 - 14
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Mauritius via Johannesburg and spend the next seven days at the stunning Preskil Island Resort.
With thatched roofs and vibrant décor, the resort has managed to retain its authentic Mauritian feel. Set on a unique peninsula South East of Mauritius. Only ten minutes from the airport but largely undisturbed by noise. The views of Lion mountain and the nature reserve Ile aux Aigrettes are breathtaking.
Days can be spent relaxing by the pool or on the long stretch of white sand beach, or you can keep yourself entertained with the wide array of activities on offer – water skiing, windsurfing, snorkeling, glass bottom boat, cooking classes and learning how to speak Mauritian Creole to name just a few. Kids are also well catered for with their own club offering sustainable activities, local music instruments and games.
For a sense of well-being why not pay a visit to the Banyan spa where you will find a hammam, sauna, hairdresser and a wonderful selection of relaxing treatments available.

Day 15
Today you will be transferred Mauritius Airport for your flight back home.
